To enable cookies in Internet Explorer 5.x:
1. Select Tools -> Internet Options.
2. Select the Security tab.
3. Select the Internet zone, then click the Custom Level button.
4. Scroll down to the Cookies section.
5. Select Enable for both stored and per-session cookies.
6. Click OK. Click Yes when asked to confirm.
